For just £1000, you can reserve a plot or a lodge in our new or existing development at Lakeview Manor and when we open, come and enjoy a one-night complimentary stay in our recently refurbished hotel, where you can view the new lodge development, explore the local area and find out more.
With current restrictions on travelling abroad along with concerns about health, we are expecting unprecedented demand for holiday accommodation here at the Lakeshore Leisure Group. With UK bookings hitting new heights and waiting lists growing we are also anticipating a huge demand in interest for holiday lodge ownership. To meet this demand we have pre-ordered a stunning selection of top of the range luxury lodges which will be delivered from April this year.
With customers keen to come and view our park now and get something set up for the summer we understand the frustration the current lockdown and closures may cause. With this in mind, we have decided to offer a ‘Reserve Now, Visit Later’ offer which gives you the opportunity to reserve a lodge or specific lakefront plot until you are able to come and view our park and find out more, for just £1000*. We’re also offering customers a 1-night complimentary stay in our recently refurbished hotel.
Your deposit will be 100% refundable or transferable, giving you complete peace of mind and assurance.

A minimum deposit of £1,000 is required to reserve a plot or lodge. Reservation fee will be 100% refundable or transferable to another lodge or a plot at Lakeview Manor or a holiday at any of the Lakeshore Leisure Group Estates of the customer’s choice (subject to availability).
Once on-park viewings are permitted they must take place within 21 days. Customers will be entitled to a one-night complimentary stay at the Lakeview Manor hotel, to be used in conjunction with a visit to the park for a viewing of the development within 21 days of opening. Customers can extend their stay at a chargeable rate.
