Location: Lakeview Manor, Honiton, Devon
Pay: Up to £13.25 per hour
Job Type: Part time, Permanent, Zero Hours

Lakeview Manor is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Evening Receptionist / Front of House Assistant to join our growing team. This varied role combines reception and hospitality duties, making every shift different and rewarding. From welcoming guests and checking them into their accommodation to serving food and drinks in our restaurant, you’ll play an important part in creating memorable stays.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming guests and checking them into their accommodation
• Providing excellent customer service throughout their stay
• Serving food and drinks in our bar and restaurant
• Taking orders and payments
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Assisting with reception administration
• Cashing up and helping close down at the end of service

What we’re looking for

• A friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
• Someone aged 18 or over
• A full driving licence or reliable transport to and from work
