About the role
We are looking for two Front of House Team Members to join our team. This position will report to the General Manager. This position is predominantly weekends and evenings, but other shifts may be available from time to time.
We are looking for a cultural fit and you should show the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a strong team environment. You should show pride in completing work to a high standard, with a good understanding of a customer focused business.

Responsibilities
· Waiting tables, taking food and beverage orders from customers and serving, paying attention to detail.
· Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
· Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
· Answering telephone calls
· Taking payments
· Potentially cashing up at the end of the night and locking up to the right candidate
– Checking people into their accommodation providing them with the correct information
Knowledge Skills and Experience

· Attention to detail
