The role

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our newly formed hot tub team.

You should show the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a strong team environment. You show a pride in completing work to a high standard with a good understanding of a customer focused business. Knowledge of hot tub maintenance would be beneficial, but it is not essential, training will be provided.

This will be a hands-on role maintaining the hot tubs around the resort. You will be required to carry out hot tub changeovers with a particular focus on changeover days which are Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, alongside hot tub testing to be completed twice daily on each tub. Hours can be to suit the individual.

Fixed term contract, part time – 12 hours per week


Job Responsibilities

  • Hot tub drain downs
  • Cleaning of the hot tubs and associated equipment such as filters, seats, covers and fittings
  • Refilling the hot tubs in line with procedures
  • Taking responsibility and care with equipment provided for this work
  • Informing the Hot Tub Team Supervisor of stock levels for re-ordering
  • Hot tub water testing
  • Delivering excellent customer service
