How do I book?
You can book online or by calling us on 01404 891287.
Check in and check out
If you are staying in one of our holiday lodges you are welcome to check in to your accommodation from 5pm, if you arrive before 5pm you are welcome to use all the facilities around the park. We ask that all guests in holiday lodges check out by 9am.
If you are staying in one of our hotel rooms you are welcome to check into your room from 2pm. We ask that all guests in hotel rooms check out by 11am.
How can I pay for my booking?
Holiday lodges require a £50 deposit to be paid upon booking and full payment is requirement 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Hotel rooms require payment to be made on arrival, this can be paid in advance if preferred. Currently we are only accepting card payments for all bookings and we do accept American Express cards.
How much do you charge for dogs?
Well behaved pets are welcome at selected accommodation and they stay for free! All of our pet friendly accommodation is clearly marked on the website.

Is breakfast available?
Breakfast is included for all of our hotel guests, other customers are welcome to book for breakfast at the cost of £10 per head.
What are the opening times for the bar and restaurant?
Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am daily.
Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Dinner is served Monday – Saturday 6pm-8:30pm. The bar is open from 12pm to 11pm daily.
Is parking available?
Parking is available and free of charge.
Do you accept supermarket deliveries?
Please feel free to book an online supermarket delivery direct to your front door, but please do make sure you are here already checked in when any delivery arrives – we cannot accept and store deliveries for guests, as you will appreciate.
How are the rooms prepared?
All hotel rooms and holiday lodges are prepared with fresh bedding and one set of towels per person. We also provide you with tea and coffee making facilities.
Can I upgrade my accommodation?
You can upgrade your room or lodge, subject to availability. Just give us a call on 01404 891287.
Is Wi-Fi available?
We have Wi-Fi in all rooms and lodges.
What is the smoking policy?
We don’t allow smoking in the rooms or hotel, there is a designated smoking area and various ash trays around the building.
Do I have to book fishing?
Fishing is available to holiday guests with no cost. Everyone aged 12 and over must have a rod licence.
Do you allow BBQ's?
We allow BBQ’s on the lodge decking only.
What extras can I add to my booking?
You can add activities, treats and handy items to your booking including children’s equipment, dog beds and hampers.
