Owning a hot tub was suddenly a viable option (with reasonable rates owing to on-site maintenance) and cleaning costs are very fair. Seeing deer and rabbits on a regular basis make you feel at home with nature. Julie (the manager) and her staff are excellent and efficient and having a bar and restaurant available on site is an advantage over similar sites. If you are looking at an investment with the opportunity to enjoy yourself on occasions I would thoroughly recommend.
